Trail Cooking Clinic: The Backcountry Menu

Food is often an afterthought when planning outdoor adventures and, thus, falls short in the areas of taste, variety, and temperature. It doesn’t have to be this way! Eating in the backcountry should be enjoyable and satiating. During Part 1 of this interactive series, you’ll learn about essential kitchen supplies, proportioning macronutrients, and meal preparation. Our coaches will offer tips and tricks on packing and share their favorite recipes. All equipment and ingredients will be provided. No previous experience is required so don’t be scared to learn about something new!
