What is Fresh Starts?  At Fresh Starts we collect, sort and store gently used or new household items and redistribute them to individuals in need. Fresh Starts at it’s soul is about community. Building it, enriching it, and giving back to it. Community is what makes our mission possible and allows us to empower so many new beginnings.
